While our clinic undergoes remodeling, we exclusively offer in-home visits, and all travel fees are waived for those who sign up for our membership within our service area. Enjoy quality pediatric care and the flexibility to cancel anytime.
*If the plan is ever canceled or payment is lapsed, the re-registration fee is $100 per person.
**Family Plan consists of two adult caretakers and their minor dependents. Independent memberships are charged to any additional adult caretakers (i.e. grandparents), adult children >21, or adult children who are married.

Preventive Care
Well-child & wellness checks, annual physical and age-appropriate screenings.
Acute Visits
Same or next day visits for acute and immediate needs.
Minor Procedures
Sutures, wound care, skin checks, EKGs, ear wax removal, etc.
Disease Management
Comprehensive evaluation and treatment plans focused on the individual's medical needs.
Wholesale Lab Discounts
We work with local labs and radiology to get you the best prices so you can focus on your health, not your wallet.
Telemedicine & Home Visits
Video, text, email your doctor with ease. Travel fee* is $30 per home visit.
*Currently waived within in the service area
What services not included?
Cost of Medications
Prescription medications, vaccines and over-the-counter drugs are not included; however, we work with you to find the best prices.
Specialist Consultations
Consultations with specialists outside of primary care are not covered. OB & gynecology services are not covered.
Emergency Room Visits
Emergency room visits and hospitalizations are not included. We advise all members to aquire a high-deductible or catastrophic insurance plan.
Non-Member Services
For non-members, enjoy on-demand primary care at $300 per patient per doctor's visit without a subscription commitment. We charge a $30 travel fee for home visits within our service area. We are currently waiving the travel fee if you sign up for our membership while our clinic is under renovations. Discounts are available to uninsured, healthshares, high-deductible plan holders, and financially needy.
